I redesigned e-payment Website for Tax Information Network of Income Tax Department.

The Problem - 

The main problem was that the appearance of website was monotonous , and with too many jargons ,which can be a problem for a first time user .

The Solution -

I tried creating a First time user friendly design which is livelier than the previous one and minimal clustered look.

Here are some edits I made :

  • Added a welcoming appreciation post to make user feel appreciated .

  • Made separate know more icon so that the user is not overwhelmed with too much information in within the same as the old one .

  •  I used primary color as Green as its represent calmness, Growth and is also one of the color of our national flag which gives user sense of nationality.  

  • Adjusted some header to footer to avoid clustering at one place.
